Yes, we travel all around South Africa ,there is no venue to close or remote we won’t travel to. Simply get in touch with us and we will be able to make up a unique travel package just for you

 

DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE YOU WITH FOOD ON THE DAY?

We love our jobs very much and although we wish we didn’t need to stop and refuel every so often, it is needed. Most times we shoot long hours without remembering or having the time to stop and eat. The only meal we need supplied would be at reception. to give us the energy to keep on going for the next few hours. (and generally the drive home.

 

WHAT IS THE BEST TIME FOR US TO DO OUR CREATIVE SHOOT?

Most photographers refer to it as the golden hour, the last hour of sunlight. This is when light and shadows are at its best, allowing us to capture the best possible moments with the best possible light.

CAN WE REQUEST A SONG FOR OUR HIGHLIGHT FILM?

We don’t take in song requests, you chose us a your videographers for our style. We choose the music to fit your story the way we want to tell it, is part of our skill set. Every couple is different and we work on a certain song that will work with their wed- ding day feel. Requesting music (Which is usually illegal due to Copyright) We provide music licenses for your short film so you can enjoy and stream it online if you wish to.

HOW LONG BEFORE WE GET OUR PICTURES?

We generally say between 8 - 12 weeks especially in busy season, but this isn’t to say you wont get it sooner. We edit all the images ourselves and we take pride in the meticulous way we select, edit and process out the images and products of your wedding day. You are not just a number to us, you are the love story that we are focused on, and if we feel we need to take a bit of extra time for the editing to make sure its 100% up to standard we will, and you will be kept in the loop.

WE DON’T WANT POSED IMAGES?

Often many couple’s are scared of the word posed , we prefer to use the word “Guide ” , you see many couple’s are not Models and that is ok ! we aren’t models ourselves but as professional wedding photographers , we understand the use of good Guidance can take an image from average to WOW ! We never ask you to look at the camera, only in family group shots (that’s it) We promise to never do any ” titanic posing ” its a lot of natural guiding , laughing and generally having fun with you , making you comfortable in front our lens.

WHAT ABOUT THE WHOLE UNPLUGGED CEREMONY ?

Listen this is your love story and your big day and we get that uncle Bob may be hard to control with his ipad, or cellphone during the ceremony, but we promise having an unplugged ceremony and all your friends and family’s eyes present might just be one of the better things you can do for yourselves. we don’t have much rules here, but it’s something to consider for yourselves.

HOW CAN I RESERVE MY WEDDING DATE?

Once you’ve decided you’d like to book us for your wedding, and you’ve decided on one of our wedding packages, we will you send a booking invoice, as well as our wedding contract. We will require a 50% non-refundable deposit and once we receive a POP and the signed contract, you will officially be booked in our calendar!

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

So, we’ve been down this road ourselves, where myself and Wesley had to fund our own wedding in 2017, so we get that sometimes you don’t just have that kind of deposit lying in your back pocket, so we do offer payment plans on request, we can work out a payment plan of 3 to 4 portioned payments leading up to your big day, the most important payment, is the booking deposit to reserve your date.

COULD YOU HOLD A DATE FOR US?

Unfortunately no, as we loose out on other potential clients while holding a date, a booking deposit confirms your date with us, once we send out a booking invoice, that date is available to you on a first come first serve booking basis. This has become strict on our side since we’ve become really busy.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU’RE SICK ON MY WEDDING DAY?

Although I’ve never been sick enough to miss a wedding, it is a possibility that I cover in my agreement. If I am—for whatever reason—unable to photograph your wedding, We would send one of our associate photographers who will be able to cover your wedding day that also share and have been trained to shoot a similar style to us, But don’t worry, all editing is done by myself (Agnieszka), that is my pride and joy.

DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH SMALL WEDDINGS?

We love micro-weddings and elopements! Due to the popularity small weddings that have occurred since covid, we do have a 3 and 4 Hour Intimate & Elopement Packages that we offer. Just ask us and we will send them through. If your small wedding is less than two weeks away and I still have the date available, we’re happy to photograph/film it!

 

CAN WE GET THE RAW/ UNEDITED IMAGES?

The raw, unedited images aren’t available for viewing or purchase. This is very much like asking your caterer to give you the leftover ingredients used to make your dinner. The images selected for editing and final delivery reflect our very high standards. How a photographer edits a photo is a part of their artistic identity So we kindly ask that you respect this policy of our company.

 

WE WANT EVERYTHING DOCUMENTED! CAN WE HAVE THE WHOLE WEDDING FILMED FROM START TO FINISH?

We do not film 6 - 10 hours straight, that's the old way of documenting weddings, today our camera gear, along with all our batteries, memory cards are far to expensive to document so much footage, hence why videographers of today love short wedding highlight films, no one will sit through a full 8 hour wedding film, so basically it will work out to be very expensive to do so. Rest assured we capture every little moment that matters on your wedding day, from prep to dancing the night away.

 

WHAT ABOUT DOCUMENTING THE CEREMONY OR RECEPTION SPEECHES?

We do offer “Extra Add-on’s” in our packages where we can document the whole ceremony, or the reception speeches at an extra cost, its limited to 30mins of film time, clients that have booked this have done specifically so for family over seas that were unable to attend the wedding.

 

CAN YOU PHOTOSHOP THE WAY I LOOK?

Our style is to capture the real you! We believe in promoting self-love and body positivity, so we don’t alter the way you look, other than skin blemishes or anything temporary that would not normally be there (bruise, scrape, acne etc unless you’d like to keep it the photos).

 

CAN YOU CHANGE YOUR STYLE OF EDITING FOR US?

What you currently see of our work is what makes us “US” and sets us apart from other photographers, we have worked very hard to establish our look and our brand. Please make sure that you look through all of our sample work provided when you inquire with us to make sure that the style you see reflects the style that you want for your wedding day photography & videography.

 

CAN WE MEET YOU BEFORE BOOKING?

YES! We encourage our clients to meet us over a cup of coffee, should they be based in the JHB area. Not in the area? No problem! we do alot of ZOOM calls with our clients too. This is great way for you to get to know us, not only on a service level but a personal one too. We love meeting our clients, we answer any questions you may have, most times we just talk about other things and it becomes a great coffee date with laughs and interesting life topics. We also love to catch up with our clients 1 month before the wedding just to go through the final details of the wedding schedule.

 

WHAT IF THERE’S BAD WEATHER?

Rain is one of those things that some brides dread, while others embrace. We always encourage embracing whatever weather comes our way. If conditions are too harsh and we’d be risking to ruin our gear, we’d find a way to shoot indoors. Seeing a wedding venue’s rain plan is definitely a must when viewing the venue. If the rain is more of a drizzle, A white, black or clear umbrella can take your rainy photos to the next level, not to mention keep you dry during the outdoor portion of your wedding photo session!
